Sergio Pintos is the Director of the International Department at ISG. He brings ISG the benefit of his world-wide contacts and business sophistication and has been very instrumental in expanding the International Departments network of brokers throughout all of Latin America and Europe. His department is responsible for developing business relationships with more than 300 Brokers, the strength of which has generated over 1 billion dollars in sales over the last 5 years.
A native of Uruguay, Pintos is a third-generation real estate developer. In Montevideo, he is president of Pintos Risso, Uruguay's largest residential development company.
With a 60-year track record and more than 36 million square feet of luxury residential construction to its credit, Pintos Risso developed the vast majority of Uruguay's upscale waterfront communities. |
