Nicole Cardoso is the director of corporate marketing for the International Sales Group, the nation's preeminent marketing and sales organization for luxury, high-rise condominiums, ranging from new construction and conversions to re-sales. Since its founding in 1994, ISG has executed more than $9 billion in sales of prestigious properties for leading developers with whom the organization partners.

 As director of corporate marketing since 2006, Ms. Cardoso has been responsible for all of ISG's corporate, pre-construction and condo-conversion marketing initiatives, creating customized marketing plans to target new and existing customers and to drive incremental sales. Ms. Cardoso has also lead the firm's national and international branding strategies, and has played a central role in its multi-channel marketing initiatives, including local promotions, broadcast, credit, direct mail, creative, print, and events. Ms. Cardoso manages ISG's half-million dollar marketing budget, as well as the firm's relationships with multiple external advertising and promotional marketing partners.

Prior to her role as corporate marketing director, Ms. Cardoso served as the firm as the director of marketing for its Condo Conversion Division, in which capacity she developed and led marketing initiatives for 13 condo-conversion communities, including leading the firm's internal marketing teams, and supervised the construction, signage and decoration of sales offices and model homes.

With an MBA and a BS in marketing from Harding University, Ms. Cardoso began her career in real estate marketing with United Homes International, Inc., where she led their national Grand Openings program, a promotional marketing experience developed for new homes – creating local marketing plans to help each community open successfully, and driving 100 percent of sales conversions. During Ms. Cardoso's five-year stint with United Homes, she was also responsible for developing all property advertising and marketing efforts, simultaneously collaborating with engineers, architects and illustrators on the design and presentation of floorplans and siteplans.
