Following its landmark high-rise success in panama, the Trump/ISG marriage expands to a tropical golf community in Puerto Rico.

Less than two years after announcing the signature Trump Ocean Club in Panama, real estate mogul Donald Trump has again turned to Miami-based International Sales Group (ISG), this time for the launch of the Trump International Golf Club in Puerto Rico.

With its 1,006-unit Trump Ocean Club, International Hotel & Tower now under construction, The Trump Organization is setting a new benchmark in Panama real estate.  The 62-story sail-shaped building is an architectural landmark, located on Punta Pacifica, a peninsula that borders Panama City's financial district.  Its neighbors include the St. Regis resort, high-end malls, and other luxurious high-rise condominiums key to the success of the  $220 million beach-front project, which includes conventional condo and condo-hotel units has been the sales efforts of ISG.  Since its founding, ISG has sold literally billions of dollars in residential real estate for preeminent developers.  In Panama, over 700 units have been sold so far, at prices ranging from $383,000 to $2 million.

Next up for Trump and ISG is the $600 million Trump International Golf Club, a golf complex and luxury residential community on the northern coast of Puerto Rico.  The resort, on a 1,000-acre site in Rio Grande between Atlantic Coast and El Yunque tropical rain forest, will have 500 residences centered on a spectacular 36-hole golf course designed by former U.S. Open Champion Tom Kite.  The club's first phase consists of 56 Founders Residences, starting at &S $1.4 Million; all initial residents will become part of the Founders Club, with benefits that include golf and beach club membership and use of a private jet, helico0pter and limousine service.  Next will be 109 beach villas in a nine-building low-rise complex.
