Allure is a two tower community (41 stories each) with one-of-a-kind architecture.  Poised to be a landmark in Las Vegas, Allure will be the gateway between the famous strip and downtown Las Vegas.  Allure will offer magnificent views of the Strip, the mountains and the "new" downtown. It features studios, one and two bedroom residences, 3 bedroom Penthouses, and sizes range from 664 square feet to 4,200 square feet.  Allure's amenities include, but are not limited to, a 5-Star concierge service, 24 hour doorman service, valet, and even a private wine cellar. A unique selling feature is private cabanas offered for purchase to high-end buyers.  (A small allotment is set aside for daily rental). Allure is conveniently located just a half a block walking distance to the strip and easy access to the I15.

Tower 1 is currently 90% in solid contract, and is under construction.  Scheduled for completion in the fall of 2007, Bovis, our contractor, is currently delivering one floor per week and has already reached the 7th floor.

What is coming up at Allure?                                                                                      

Reservations are currently being taken for Tower 2.  Conversion to contract will begin in mid-2006. Construction is scheduled for the fall of 2006, with completion in the fall of 2008.

To reinforce buyer loyalty during the long sales cycle, we are implementing "Allure Now," in which our future homeowners will have access to concierge services, private club membership and all that Las Vegas has to offer.
